What an amazing food quality. First time in this establishment but definitely not the last one. Lamb was amazing. So tasty and flavorful. We eat lamb very often. This one was as good as one we had in New Zealand. Ostrich was also delicious. Waitress recommended medium rare and she was right. Great texture and so lean. Don?t forget a bison tartare as appetitive. Great start with a bottle of red wine. The only thing I?ll change is a wine list. I?ll add a few bottles of red from
