I ordered a pizza online, and when it didn’t arrive after 50 minutes, I called to check. The guy said it would be with me in 5 minutes, then asked for my house number. I questioned why he needed it if the pizza was coming so soon, and he became defensive and indifferent. This isn’t the first time this has happened, so I canceled my order. The service was very rude, and I won’t be coming back. View all feedback.
I ordered a pizza and waited for an hour and a half. When I called, I was told the driver had just left, but strangely, there was no sign of him. This will be the last time I order from this place.
The pizza arrived an hour and a half after I placed the order online. When I called the shop, I was told it would arrive in two minutes, but it actually showed up half an hour later. All the food was cold upon arrival.
One of the better franchise outlets I have ordered from... 7/10
