For a celebration we decided to go for the 6 courses trust the chef and let the chef to feast us. Everything were good, including food, drinks and service. One of the owner (I guess) was extremely friendly and we were served delightfully. However, not until the last course, for the dessert, we were a bit disappointed. This was also the first time for us in a fine dinning the dessert was just scooped from a big bowl a... View all feedback.
What Carol Johnson doesn't like about Piari & Co.:
Went here because of the reviews was disappointed my husband had the steak and fries and although the steak was delicious they forgot about his fries and we had to ask for them. Meanwhile his steak was getting cold!! I had the gnocchi was ok but for the price nothing special had better View all feedback.
We recently took the in laws for dinner last Thursday night and were greeted like old family friends.Rhi and Nic always take the time to have a chat and can always find you a table,we rarely book in advance. We shared the scallops and house made pate for entree, obviously vastly different but very very tasty. Our mains were the steak, the swordfish and the pasta special with sides of beans and potatoes, all washed down with a nice Shiraz. The staff are extremely attentive and the food has always been exceptional. We always return and I can't wait to see the new artwork.Thankyou for your hospitality once again.
Have just enjoyed breakfast on a winter's morning at Piari & Co. Friendly service and food down well. The Farmhouse Breakfast was a win - the freshness of the produce made the dish. Also tried the egg white omelette, wondering how this would deliver on flavour. Another win - perfectly seasoned to complement the veggies. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Thanks
The service the meal all fantastic certainly would recommend. The menus was great and does change on what produce is available. The setting is great well done
Whilst the menu at this restaurant looks promising , the actual quality and quantity does not justify the prices charged. The service the night we attended was abysmal. I had to stand in front of one of the waitresses to get attention after waiting at least 30 minutes post arrival. I managed to order some pre dinner drinks but waited again to make a food order and endured a much longer wait for the food to arrive. I asked our waitress why the service was so slow and was advised that staff had called in sick unexpectedly. I counted only three waitresses for the whole restaurant which was way under what would be expected for the prices being charged. I can understand staff calling in sick but cannot understand why patrons were not advised of the flow on delays so as to allow a decision to be made about whether to stay or not. For the prices charged this position is not acceptable.
Great food, good service, i would recommend the farmhouse breakfast and the Ramen noodle dishes......
