Would love to leave a better review, but I was underwhelmed. It is quite noisy and the staff, although very pleasant, forgot part of our order. Mainly though, $35 for 8 pieces of gnocchi is just a bit too much. I'm not averse to paying for good food and the meal was prettily presented, but 8 pieces does not comprise a meal (maybe an entrée? . I make my own gnocchi and sadly this did not compare. My partner's brisket was a far better meal in terms of flavour and value. The sides were quite nice.
Me and my boyfriend went here for dinner as a recommendation from our hotel receptionist, and we're beyond satisfied of their food! Was thinking about what to get but then why not go with chef's special 4 course meal? Started with cold cheese and zucchini salad, continued with amazing main of octopus, bacon, duck fat and potato (we both agree that this is the best octopus we've ever tasted, it's so tender and unlike ordinary octopus), next meal is steak! (Perfect combo) with mashed potato, garlic, and mushroom, and last but definitely not least is tiramisu and 4 petit dessert for a surprise! One of the best tiramisu for sure! This restaurant truly has a great ambience besides the owner also serve customers herself. Small journey but unforgettable one! It's a formal dine in so get dress! We went directly from beach so, well we're not quite in the right suit, definitely will come back next time! Chef also went out from his counter to explain each meal to us! 5 stars experience! Gonna recommend this to everyone!
What a delightful meal we had at Piari Co. The veal cotoletta was simply perfect and went brilliantly with the green bean salad. The tiramisu was my choice to share and my dining partner wasn’t happy until he tried it it was delicious and not too sweet. Will definitely go back.
