We had a great experience at the restaurant, and the buffet was quite enjoyable. Claudia, the friendliest employee, kindly answered all our questions, which truly enhanced our visit. She is a dedicated worker. Thank you!
The bar was in poor condition and lacked fresh food. The cashier was complaining about not being able to leave for the day. It took 20 minutes for my food to arrive, which was frustrating. Additionally, some of the other customers were rude. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
The chicken sandwich was hard on edges not hot or warm. Sign says ALL U CAN Eat Buffet. But NO BUFFET AT ALL. PRICES TO HIGH. WILL NOT RETURN. AND I WAS JUST TAKING A FRIEND TO EAT, HE THOUGHT THEY HAD BUFFET. SO LONG KFC
I really appreciate the new pickup option! The staff was very friendly and polite. The food was hot and delicious! I can't wait to return!
KFC!!!! You might want to start by hiring people that don't have a attitude problem and that can be friendly. I always have this issue when I go the the Dunn location, no one is ever nice and always act like they hate there job. Oh and my order was wrong ontop of getting attitude from the person at the window.
