All the chicken was burned to the point of being inedible, which was extremely disappointing.
Both of the three-piece boxes contained only two pieces each, and despite ordering double mashed potatoes, I received just one serving in each box. It was quite disappointing.
Not all items arrived. Mashed potatoes were more gravy than potatoes.
We had a great experience at the restaurant, and the buffet was quite enjoyable. Claudia, the friendliest employee, kindly answered all our questions, which truly enhanced our visit. She is a dedicated worker. Thank you!
KFC!!!! You might want to start by hiring people that don't have a attitude problem and that can be friendly. I always have this issue when I go the the Dunn location, no one is ever nice and always act like they hate there job. Oh and my order was wrong ontop of getting attitude from the person at the window.
