I ordered a Cheddar Bo Biscuit and a Cinnamon Twist, and I had to wait over ten minutes before I got my biscuit. The Cinnamon Twist was cold by then.
I gave it 3 stars simply because I believe they're scaling back on everything much like every place you go. The pieces of chicken seemed smaller, the dirty rice had little to no sausage and my tea certainly didn't have enough ice, but I was hungry soI ate instead of complained.
Sad situation here! B rating. Slow service. Not the same menu or deals as others. Today (9-13), they were not even open at 8 am!!! Something bad wrong here. Sad !!
Did not get what was ordered the lady taking the orders was rude, and the food was cold. It sucked cause we still had a 2 hour and 30 min drive to where we were going we would have went back.
The chicken meal and sandwich were delicious and hot. The line was long; but, it was worth the wait. Probably one of the best Bojangles service I have had.
