Bojangles - Dunn

Did not get what was ordered, the lady who took the orders was rude, and the food was cold. It sucked because we would have gone back a 2 hours and 30 minutes drive to where we wanted.

Was in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. And when I finally got my order, the sweet tea wasn't sweet at all, Pommes were old.

Food is great, the only negative (but a massive) is the drive thru waiting time. I've never been in a car thru Fast Food Restaurant and have to wait as long as I do here. I was in line (back to not even on the side street) and from the arrival in line to get my order, it took more than 30 minutes.

Dunst Bojangles there is a reason why the line is always wrapped around the building because it is the best in four circles. Always hot and fresh food is amazing. The restaurant is clean and the people are very nice and helpful.

They didn't serve some of the items at this location as they did at the one in VA like the egg platter. We ordered regular chicken biscuit sandwiches inside. We got the spicy ones. Went in to return them and they said that's all they had. Why didn't they tell us that when we ordered? Didn't realize until back in the car that all 5 sandwiches were spicy. Only one was eaten. The cinnamon twists were very good.
