The customer service is horrible I’m always polite and the rudeness is uncalled for. It’s truly unfortunate unless it’s an emergency I’m done buying from there

We went to celebrate my sister‘s 21st... read more My family and I used to love this place, but the service went downhill and tonight was our last night at this restaurant. We went to celebrate my sister‘s 21st birthday, Renee was our waitress and she needs to work on her customer service skills. It took almost 2 hours for our food to come to our table, our waitress did not check on us, She did not check if we needed refills, She did not come by to see if we needed anything else. When our entrées came out, the food was not warm at this point we were all fed up and just wanted to leave the restaurant. We asked for the bill and address our concerns And our waitress started being insanely rude if you’re looking for a family friendly restaurant do not go here.

I'm not saying the place is bad there are other pizza might be great but their sheet pizza with that cheese on is garbage The only one that ate it is my 8-year-old and we threw the other two away. That is the only reason for the one star I don't know anything else about their food so I can't comment on that other than that the staff were helpful and good people.

There are various varieties of options, so much to choose from! Our go to is Old Forge Pizza w/Xtra cheese, whole steak n cheese stromboli (which is to die for, the best we have ever had, highly recommend) onion rings and fries! We will explore the menu in the near future to order something different! When I order, I go through the app. Slice. I have never had a bad experience, always delivered in less than an hour!
