Was Rachel Greenholt at Dunkin' a mag?
The employees were all miserable. They were mopping while the place was packed, I almost slipped 3 times! They didn't have any sugar or sweetener packets out to fix my coffee. Although I have been there a few more times since then and haven't had any problems. View all feedback.

Worst customer service and my coffee is NEVER right ever ! They literally talk about customers when they leave out loud . This Dunkin made me start my love with Starbucks ! Much better coffee . View all feedback.

This dunkin rocks, they always get my order right. The app is the only way to not wait and have everything ready upon your arrival. Very friendly and great coffee/ food

Took my granddaughter it was very clean cash you're very pleasant. we get ice caramel lattes with two extra turbo shots whipped cream and drizzle can't beat it...

Coffee was good, but that sandwich was great! it was so good that I even asked the name of the girl who made it. So Alex shouted to make me the best sandwich I ever had in a dunkin! everything was fresh and fast! I really appreciated it! best experience with a dunkin ever!

The staff and management at this restaurant are top-notch. They always go above and beyond for their guests, with some regulars having their coffee waiting for them at their table even when it's busy. Amazing service!

I love Dunkin' Donuts, they always get my order right. Using the app is the best way to avoid waiting and have everything ready when you arrive. The staff is very friendly and the coffee and food are excellent.
