I love Dunkin' Donuts, they always get my order right. Using the app is the best way to avoid waiting and have everything ready when you arrive. The staff is very friendly and the coffee and food are excellent.
My granddaughter and I had a great experience at this cafe. The staff was friendly and the drinks were delicious. We enjoyed our ice caramel lattes with extra turbo shots, whipped cream, and drizzle. It was a perfect treat.
Coffee was good, but that sandwich was great! it was so good that I even asked the name of the girl who made it. So Alex shouted to make me the best sandwich I ever had in a dunkin! everything was fresh and fast! I really appreciated it! best experience with a dunkin ever!
If I could give this place a negative start. as a well established company, it would be in their best interest to educate the employees primarily on customer service their cash nicole. I will ensure that I will never return to this facility and not mention that I will continue to draw attention to others the treatment I received this morning. there is no reason on the world, a sandwich should take 15 minutes to make beyond when I asked if the excuse was that we only make a person sandwiches? ask. if they were not the opinion that the casser would say, please be patient, we are currently assured, there could be a waiting time. after 15 minutes I wait the wait nicole says there is only one girl making sandwiches, I ask explicitly that she informed me about the waiting, good nicoles reply was that not her abandonment to tell the customers about the waiting times? what? not her abandonment to provide customer service? apologise her, nicole, that is her job that you call customer service. let me remind her nicole and dunkin if it didn't go for customers in the door, they wouldn't have a job. only a fyi nicole the general public is that without it would be too foot in it would not be a work that I could be in their best interest to develop customer service skills
