The food was generally delicious, featuring generous portions and well-seasoned dishes. Some guests were disheartened by slow service and inaccuracies with their orders, but for many, the warm and inviting atmosphere, along with attentive staff, made up for any shortcomings. Overall, Angelo's offers a great Italian dining experience with standout dishes like sea bass with lobster polenta and shrimp with spinach. Despite some hiccups, Angelo's remains a popular choice for those seeking authentic Italian cuisine in the NEPA area.
We had a wonderful evening celebrating my husband’s birthday. The cocktails and food were great and our waitress was exceptional. Will definitely return again soon.
We enjoyed generous glasses of wine, Caesar salads, and warm bread to start. Our entrees (sea bass with lobster polenta and shrimp with spinach, beans and tomatoes) were attractively plated and delicious. We shared a great berry cake for dessert. Service was attentive and friendly. We sat in the front room which was our preference, as it was a little quieter than the main dining area.
I absolutely LOVE Angelo’s !! Food is exceptional! Amazing atmosphere! The staff is so friendly and kind! This is the real deal. If you want good authentic Italian food this is the best spot in NEPA!!!! I will definitely be back !!
Great two hour happy hour on the patio with some items special priced and a live band.
Although the food was good, the portions did not relate to the price. We sat with an empty table For a while and then had to ask for bread. We realize it was busy as it was Mother’s Day, but it felt like we were being ignored and we were a party of seven.. we tried to stay happy in the experience, but do not think we will be going back to that restaurant
