The guy working this afternoon was incredibly nice! My son, who's four, wanted a rainbow ice and didn't care about the flavors—he just wanted it to be rainbow. The guy made him the most perfect rainbow ice! I wish I could share a picture of it. His manners were excellent, and he was very friendly. View all feedback.
What My Maier doesn't like about Rita's Italian Ice:
At 8:34 PM, they refused to open the door. One of the staff members simply waved and indicated that they were closed, then turned away. Meanwhile, the neon "OPEN" sign was lit, and the door clearly stated that they close at 9:00 PM. View all feedback.
Friendly ppl...great service...Mikey and I are there every Tuesday afternoon...
Me and my kids have gone here a couple times and every time was a delight. The staff was very friendly and helpful and kind. Always has a mask on and they make sure you wear one before you come up to the window and order. And the flavors are wonderful and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.
My wife and I love going to Rita's, but they keep not having an Ice flavor I like, such as lemon or strawberry, very often.
Of course they have the best custard. Staff was helpful got a couple free samples. Quick service and friendly faces. I will be back soon!
