I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. If you're ordering food while at home with a friend or family member, and the staff is unhelpful about confirming your address, it comes across as incredibly rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, the font on their website is far too small, making the menu hard to read.

I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. If you're ordering food while at home with a friend or family member, and the staff is unhelpful about confirming your address, it comes across as incredibly rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, the font on their website is far too small, making the menu hard to read. Overall, this restaurant is poorly managed and should either be closed down or require stricter hiring standards. The employees definitely need more training to improve their service.
The overall professionalism of the restaurant is lacking. While the food is tasty, it is quite expensive. Delivery orders take about an hour to arrive, and there is frequently an issue—either the wrong meal is sent, items are missing, or customers are double charged. Often, the food arrives barely warm. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and there is a clear need for better training in customer service. The manager and owner should be more stringent with their hiring policies and hold current staff accountable for their behavior towards customers. In my experience, I have never encountered such inconsiderate service. The menu needs updating, and the website requires significant enhancements. If this restaurant were to close, I wouldn't be surprised, nor would I miss it. I find it disappointing to have such a business operating in our community.
