For two people, we ordered two burgers (which came with fries and coleslaw), an artichoke dip appetizer (which was mainly a large serving of chips with a small bowl of dip), and what we thought were two sodas (but we got charged for refills, making it three sodas total), along with tip, and it came to just under $55. I could have found much better food for that price elsewhere! The only positive was that the staff were very nice.

My husband ordered the sirloin and requested a salad, but we were told they ran out of lettuce, so no salads were available. He opted for French fries and baked beans instead. I ordered the prime rib with cheesy potatoes and corn. After waiting for about an hour, I finally received my Bloody Mary. Shortly after, the waitress informed us that the steak being served was New York strip instead of what we had originally ordered. We agreed to the change. While we waited, we noticed other tables receiving salads, so I inquired about our situation, having been told there was no lettuce. The waitress then brought my husband a salad since he had requested one as part of his meal. When our food finally arrived, my husband's French fries were burnt, and the baked beans were cold. However, I will say that the steak was quite good. My prime rib was also enjoyable, but I had ordered cheesy potatoes and instead received macaroni and cheese. The waitress explained that they were out of cheesy potatoes and substituted the mac and cheese without consulting me about other side options. Given that I had heard great things about this restaurant, I was disappointed with our experience. This will definitely be our first and last visit here. The service was poorly managed and unprofessional. The steak was good, but that’s about all I can say!

Only one couple received service during that time. Once I was able to order, the waitress mentioned she would bring the coffee right away, but I had to ask for creamer when it arrived. When our food came, mine was only warm and a bit dry—not hot as I had hoped. I asked for jelly but didn't receive any, and when I asked again about 10 minutes later, I finally got it, after I had already eaten a third of my meal. I didn't get a coffee refill, either; I had to flag her down as she was wiping down a table. She was very friendly, but the service was just quite slow. Overall, it was fine, but could definitely be improved.
