Dairy Dream - Albany

I had never been here before, so I did not realize it was drive thru only. I stood at their front window for 5 minutes trying to get someone to pay attention to me. They had tables out front, so I assumed you could order from there. No one stopped and let me know this. I will never go there again and won't recommend it to anyone either. It wouldn't have taken them 5 seconds to let me know this. There is another Ice cream place in Albany and that is where I will be going from here on out!

I'm giving this restaurant one star (I would give zero if I could) because the owner blocked me on their Facebook page after I posted my review there. This behavior is incredibly unprofessional and only reinforces my decision to stop supporting their business.

I strongly recommend this spot to all ice cream enthusiasts. With a wide variety of choices, it's an excellent location for anyone visiting the nearby baseball diamond or splash pad.

Change your hours if your not gonna stay open till what times are shown for business

The staff at the restaurant are working incredibly hard to keep up with orders; however, the volume of requests coming from online, in-person, and drive-thru is overwhelming. There needs to be a change because I've witnessed many people, including myself, feeling frustrated after waiting over 45 minutes for just a small order.
