I discovered this charming little spot just as the season was winding down, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. I ordered a brisket sandwich, and it was absolutely fantastic. My wife and I were on a road trip, so we decided to get a full slab to take with us. It ended up providing us with two meals, which was great. Everything was delicious, and their dry rub was spot on.
