Then, got a message from a private email requesting advanced payment for lunch, tried to call several times, phone doesn't work. Send messages and email without any reply. How am I supposed to trust an email sent from a private person requesting a payment?

The service and atmosphere were excellent tough the restaurant wasn't full and it was quiet and easy to talk across the table. The menu is good and the restaurant insists on using fresh ingrediens making some choices not available at some time. This is good for a place that could become a tourist trap. The food was good and according to expectation.

The food was excellent, and the service was superb. We were not rushed at all and would love to come back and sit inside! We were just sorry it was not full, but Dunkerque seemed quiet as well.
