The young lady that owns/runs this restaurant could not of been more accomodating. I loved the fact it was her and her two chefs in a small kitchen producing great service and good food. Overall all of our meals were very good although my husband found his a little dry, which I do agree with. The restaurant itself has a really nice authentic French feel to it, with a simple menu that was carried to each table on a board. The lady had a great personality and nothing was too much effort for her. We would highly reccomened this to anyone.
This is a perfect little restaurant that serves traditional local French cousin with a modern touch. Really nice atmosphere, service and the food is absolutely fantastic, will absolutely come back
Lovely little restaurant with super friendly staff and good hearty portions. The decor is comfortably French all the nice touches without being squeezed in. We really enjoyed our evening.
On a cold, damp night in Dunkirk this small cosy restaurant provided a perfect setting for an excellent meal. The waitress (owner? was welcoming and forgave our mangled French, although I suspect her English is excellent. The bone marrow starter was the star of the show but the boudin noir was a close runner up. All of the mains were excellent with a sole meunière and duo of lamb standing out particularly. The wine list is well balanced and includes some half bottles. We could easily understand why this is such a popular venue with a regular clientele.
