Usually they a... read more Service is slow.. took ages to take order , after ordering food which the waitress didn't get correct as she didn't even have a notepad with her. Usually they ask do you want drinks after u order food where as we had to prompt her to ask us. food was average , chips were undercooked , tartar sauce tasted gone off , small hair was also found on crust of the pizza so half the pizza was left behind.

Called for Sunday lunch recently and after waiting 50 minutes for our food we decided to leave. We weren't the only ones either, 2 other tables got up and left... read more Called for Sunday lunch recently and after waiting 50 minutes for our food we decided to leave. We weren't the only ones either, 2 other tables got up and left after waiting over an hour! Service is absolutely shocking. I said I'd give it another try this evening so 3 of us called and took a seat but weren't even acknowledged never mind served! Had to go and get our own menus and were left sitting there again so we left and this time we won't be back. Not sure how you expect to run a business in Dungarvan with no staff!!
