Really nice spot for brunch if you are around Dundrum. Food is really good and always consistent. Service is super friendly and efficient, always with a big smile. It can be busy during the weekend so I would advise booking in advance. 10/10

Food cold, no one came to ask if the food was ok. One of my guests asked for fried eggs, was not asked how she liked them. Cold when served and yolks raw. Asked to top up teapots with boiling water. Only did one. I was not asked if we would like anything else or if I wanted another coffee.
The best option out there to grab a sandwich or some other food. There's not many seating arrangements inside.. There's few outside. Good coffee as well. There's a bicycle stand right outside. The fountain square is right behind. Vegetarian options: Make your own sandwich..
