I'm working early in the morning and fancied a treat bef... read more Ordered a milkshake from them on Uber eats at tonight, with an estimated delivery time of half an hour. I'm working early in the morning and fancied a treat before I went to bed. the restaurant closes at but it said it would arrive by then so I wasn't too worried. but every ten minutes that passed the estimated arrival time got longer. at I tried to call but it rang out. at half I was ready to go to bed, tried to call again. estimated time of arrival was now midnight. finally, at past midnight, Uber eats just cancelled my order and refunded me without redberry ever actually contacting me themselves. awful service, shame because the food is always lovely but it's not worth the wait at all.

The young redheaded girl who served... read more This restaurant is amazing! The staff were fantastic, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The young redheaded girl who served me was exceptional and did a fantastic job, especially with the waffle dish. It seems like she has a lot of potential and could even be the future owner of the restaurant. Maybe they should consider renaming it to RedHeadBerry!

Luckily, it was... read more My experience at this restaurant was not great. I ordered a cone with ice cream and ended up choking on part of an acrylic nail while eating it. Luckily, it wasn't a young child who encountered this issue. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, a young girl realized that it was one of her nails that had fallen off.
