La Cueva - Dundee

What can I say? This is another hidden gem in Dundee. The ambiance is fantastic, and the music really sets the mood. The food was outstanding, particularly the hearty fish dishes. The menu is absolutely incredible, with a vibe similar to the ferry tapas! I highly recommend it!

The owner and chef was wonderful and attentive, sharing laughs with us and providing great assistance in choosing our wine. When I had difficulty deciding on a drink, he kindly prepared a special one for me, which I thought was a lovely gesture and added to the overall experience. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. It's evident that the chef is very passionate about food, putting a lot of love and care into each dish. I would return in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic meal here. the owner/cook and roberto the chefs were very welcoming recommended dishes that we like. very authentic Spanish food and everything was absolutely delicious. price also very reasonable. it would be highly recommended.

My wife and myself went in for a quiet lunch and were really happy with the food and service. It is in what used to be deacon Brodie's and the octagon bar is still there just not as many beer taps as there used to be. They brought wine to us which matched the food really well and the waiter was a joy to have serving us. Will definitely be going back again.
