Despite some mixed experiences regarding food and service wait times, patrons often find the classic American burgers and freshly cut fries worth the indulge. The menu offers a range of options, including popular, succulent cheeseburgers and delectable milkshakes. While the ambiance may resemble a high school cafeteria and the food can occasionally be served cold, the friendly staff and clean environment contribute positively. What Lucas Jackson dislikes about Five Guys:
Restaurant wasn't very busy when we visited. Order was taken and the wait wasn't too long. Fresh delicious piping hot food and milkshakes out of this world.....BUT you will pay a high price for this! Only go when we feel like treating ourselves, you could not take a large family. View all feedback.

I absolutely love this place! While it's pricier than other fast food options, the quality and flavor of the food are significantly superior to most.
I love everything five guys do. one of the best burgers ever. the fries are fantastic; cooked (in peanut oil) to perfection. the milkshakes are also delicious; much better than any of the competing almost food franchises. it is not cheap, but it is absolutely worth every penny. I am always happy to treat myself with a five-burger and pommes.
The shop is great and they have some very tasty items but the problem is the waiting time. It is so long and it's quite weird to wait for 12 minutes for a small Hamburger. The chips are economical but the quality was pathetic, it was too salty. The customer service was great by the way.
Standard fast food restaurant. Poor food poor service. Located into shopping mall of Edinburg. We had to eat there because of we did not have any alternates at that time.
The food has generally been decent, though it can sometimes be served cold, especially if you order items with lots of toppings, which tend to cool the burgers down. The restaurant itself is freezing, and the atmosphere leaves much to be desired—it's reminiscent of a dirty high school cafeteria. I wouldn't recommend dining in.
