Ordered and sat as we waited (it was raining) fantastic new system that tells them on a screen what to get their pizza at the minute. maybe I'm just happy, but we were impressed

I wanted to express my thoughts on the recent pizza delivery during the storm. Honestly, it felt a bit risky for them to deliver our pizza in such dangerous conditions. To be fair, I probably shouldn't have ordered in the first place, but the order was already placed, and the delivery guy showed up with our food. The pizzas were amazing, but I do feel bad for putting them in that situation, especially since the weather was so severe. I really appreciate the effort!

After a long day, I drove 20 minutes from home to pick up an order I had called ahead for and paid for. It was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes, but when I arrived 12 minutes later, there was no sign of my order. Was there drama? No! The staff apologized, and I accepted the apology. They took my order again, and I was updated at every step of the process. In just 10 minutes, my food was ready. I really appreciate the gentleman who helped me out; he turned my experience around.
