18 members of our walking group had lunch at the Pine Cone Cafe, all were very impressed. We sat out in the 'Dog House ', as we had two dogs with us, it worked out very well. I had the soup and sandwich deal, it was very tasty, well cooked at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back.
What Declan Lindsay doesn't like about Pine Cone Cafe:
Waited 15 minutes before going up to the till asking what’s going on, as the staff were just standing about chatting. Food was below average had better soup from a tin and toasty well that speaks for its self it’s hard going messing that up. Car park can be used a ski slope in the winter months, clutch about blew up on the motor. View all feedback.
First time here and thought it was very nice i had the soup and sandwich deal it was very nice no complaints at all and thinking about this sun oct the8th for my breakfast
Was recommended this place by friends. Beautiful place, food was ok, wrong order though. Very long time waiting to get served when about 5 staff were all huddled together behind the counter doing nothing. Such a shame that the staff let's this place down.
The menu hadn’t changed in years and is tired. The soup sandwich combo was a very small soup that was not hot enough and very plain sandwiches no trimmings. The cakes could be much better displayed to make them more appealing . Waitress had dirty fingers. It’s a gem of a place but it really needs someone to overhaul with fresh eyes.
Food is average. Service is ok. Good thing is you can take your dog as there is a separate doggie place just next to the cafe
We popped in today hoping there would be a table and had a lovely lunch today with family the service and food were excellent thank you
