I had a disappointing experience at this Hardee's. The service was very slow, and the staff member who attended to me was quite rude and had a bad attitude. The... read more I had a disappointing experience at this Hardee's. The service was very slow, and the staff member who attended to me was quite rude and had a bad attitude. There was hair all over the place, and it didn’t seem like anyone was using hairnets. When I tried to place my order, I felt rushed and even yelled at. I waited a long 14 minutes just for one combo that cost $13, and it was not worth it. I used to love Hardee's, but this location really struggles to cook a decent burger or fries.

I also... read more It was my first visit, and it turned out better than I expected. I tried the cheese stacker, which was surprisingly messy and had an unusual aftertaste. I also ordered a strawberry shake. At $12, the price caught me off guard. Personally, I still think a Big Mac is the best option for messy burgers and it's half the price.

You mark... read more There's a reason people choose to order online: they expect their food to be nearly ready when they arrive. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. You marked my order as ready for pickup, yet I still had to wait over 10 minutes for my food to finish cooking. The instructions were not followed, and the communication from the staff was extremely poor. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

They don't know how to stack their ingredients, I thought my sandwich came out of a salad tosser. I could've sworn their Frenchfries were freshly cut sticks of potatoes. You know, fresh right out the ground.
