It took over 20 minutes for them to take my order, and then an additional 15 minutes to prepare a single cup of coffee. My friend even called to check on me because the café was less than three minutes away and I was just ordering something *simple*. While I waited, I witnessed two other customers return their meals because they weren't prepared as ordered, and one person walked out due to the long wait for their order. Additionally, the price for a small coffee (about 4 oz) was over $5 after taxes—definitely more than what you’d pay at Starbucks, and at least Starbucks is quicker and gives you 8 oz for a small. I will never return. Going here is truly a waste of time. If I could rate them zero stars, I absolutely would.

You make great sandwiches, which is mostly what I order, but you keep making the sandwich you want instead of what I've asked for. It's frustrating! This is my third time ordering, and it never comes out as it should. I feel foolish for giving you another chance to mess up my breakfast. I'm a vegetarian, and this sandwich always has ham in it. Please take the time to read the order details!
