The restaurant was quite disorganized, and the staff were rude. We ordered regular burgers and fries, but both burgers were barely warm. I don't expect gourmet food, but basic, edible meals should be delivered without issue.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my visit at night. The service truly stood out and made a significant impact. My burritos were delicious, and it was heartwarming to see the staff genuinely enjoying their work instead of being overwhelmed or frustrated. Their positive attitude made the whole experience extraordinary. Great job!
One of my favorite spots in Hamburg! I tried the Grilled Cheese Double Burger Sandwich—though I might not have the name exactly right, so I apologize for that. It was made with Swiss American cheese on a sourdough bun, and it was absolutely delicious!
Reasonable and delicious kohlenbroilburger with exactly the right amount of cheese and seasoning! the personal here is fantastic and perhaps the best in the chain! hot! delicious and well-processed eating served by very nice and helpful staff! we love the cookies and slider! #myfldestins
Service was a little slow. I drank my milk shake while waiting on my food but the milk shake was delicious and my food was good and hot. Kudos to the lady who took my order.
