Several patrons were lined up to pick up their orders. Only one fellow was on the desk. Several orders were not yet ready even though the website had indicated the food was ready for pickup. The fellow on the desk took phone orders instead of dealing with his long lineup. Finally an unmasked privileged young man walked in the door, sidestepped the line and got served! This will be our final time ordering from this restaurant. The General Tao chicken and chicken balls were covered in a fake sauce. The shredded beef was also covered in a disgusting sauce. The fried rice seemed like it came from a frozen food package and the spring rolls appeared to be pre-made and frozen. We attempted to eat it, but ultimately threw it away. Prices have gone up since our last visit, but the quality is extremely poor.
They have a reasonably priced lunch menu with all the usual fare on one plate. Service is fast. Bare bones restaurant but good in a hurry
This restaurant has gone downhill since it first opened. They need to go back to their earlier ways in order to retain the customers they initially attracted. If you care about quality, avoid eating here as you will probably be let down. The staff also lack proper customer service skills and make customers feel unappreciated. Save yourself the trouble and say goodbye to this restaurant.
Ordered take-out for myself and friends. Absolutely delicious food, generous portions, courteous service and so many options. We'll definitely be back
Ordered dinner for two B with a side of shrimp with lobster sauce. Cost $24..so reasonable. Got home and opened the white rice..the container is no larger than the cole slaw container from KFC! I mean, its rice!! Opened the meal and looked ok but the beef was not done to the way I usually expect. The shrimp with lobster sauce is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was more like soup with a few specks of ground pork, and why are there noodles in it???
