We couldn't even communicate how we wanted our wings, and the woman was snippy when we mentioned the location on the map. Ultimately, we decided to cancel our order. This place really needs to improve its customer service! It's disappointing to hear that she was the former owner of Mustangs!

I think all... read more The driver delivered the food promptly, but the taste of their pizza is terrible. I honestly can’t even describe what’s specifically wrong with it. I think all the separate ingredients just don’t go well together. The sauce tastes like public school pizza sauce; the dough is mushy and has a weird dirty dish rag after-taste. I don’t think the cheese or pepperoni was the problem, but both didn’t taste good together. I think all the ingredients need to be re-evaluated. Using the name Big Apple is just disrespectful when your pizza tastes so bad. This is nothing like any pizza in New York City, and I didn’t expect it to anyway, but please figure out what’s wrong with the taste of your pizza.

During my last visit, the staff was too preoccupied to even take my order, and then they just walked away from me. This place is a complete joke.

We barely touched the second pizza, but I can't complain because leftover pizza is always a treat for me, haha!
