Mcdonald's - Dundalk

I placed a mobile order for breakfast, and it was quickly prepared and delivered. I recommend using the mobile ordering option for pickup instead of walking in, as the 'order' area is not well staffed. The focus seems to be on food preparation, with only occasional attention given to customers waiting for their orders to be taken.

I always use the outside lane for the drive-thru since I have a pickup truck. Each time I go there, I find myself waiting for someone to take my order, while cars in the inside lane are served first, even though I arrived before them. It’s frustrating, so I decided to leave the drive-thru and go inside instead. I really wish they would pay more attention to their customers.

This McDonald's is situated behind the nearly vacant Eastpoint mall, which, like many malls, has been trying to reinvent itself. In my opinion, this McDonald's is known for its fast and friendly service. Over the years, I've stopped by primarily for a quick breakfast, and as far as fast food goes, I've never been let down. Consistency is key for McDonald's, and this location certainly upholds that standard. Personally, I've always had a positive experience here. That said, your experience may differ, but keep in mind that it's fast food being served by hardworking staff who often face rudeness from a sometimes undeserving public all day and night. #Handfingerstrong
