Ms. Evelyn, the cleaning lady, does an excellent job of keeping the place tidy. She is very friendly and makes sure everything is clean before you sit down to eat. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I ordered a Steak Egg Cheese Bagel and a Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel, but both had very watery eggs and barely any hollandaise sauce. And what happened to the orange juice? It was extremely watered down. I'm really disappointed. The building has changed, but why does the food have to change too? View all feedback.
Indoor PlayPlace: I believe that every McDonald's should have an indoor PlayPlace because many people, including myself, really enjoy them. They provide a great space for young children to have fun while enjoying McDonald's food.
A frazzled young woman came out with our order and handed the bag to my son, who was waiting outside the car. I tried to catch her attention to give her a tip, but didn't succeed. My son, eager to brighten her day, took it upon himself to find her and give her the tip. He had to wait a little while since she was in the back, but he eventually came back grinning from ear to ear, saying she was really happy when he found her. It was a nice tip and a small gesture that made a difference in her busy day. It’s important to remember the young people out there trying to be responsible, especially when we often see so many who seem indifferent. Let’s all consider performing a small act of kindness and bless someone today.

While the food might be fresher, it just doesn't taste as good when it’s sitting under heat lamps for a while. And the prices have skyrocketed! I can hardly believe that just 10-15 years ago, a double cheeseburger cost a dollar. Now, it’s almost $3 just for two slices of cheese! A single cheeseburger used to be 89 cents, and I heard my aunt recently paid nearly $2 for one. It's not just the McDonald's in Dundalk; it seems to be a widespread issue. The biggest disappointment, though, is the lack of personal service. It feels like staff no longer take the time to pay attention or care about providing good service; it’s all about getting customers in and out the door as quickly as possible. It’s frustrating, not only at McDonald's but in many other businesses as well. If I could, I would give this a zero-star rating, but that wouldn’t be fair to the few employees who are genuinely working hard.
