Dunkin' - Dundalk

The restaurant was excellent and clean, and the service was fantastic as well. Parking was also convenient.

I really love this Dunkin'! The service here is excellent, and they are quite efficient.

The service here is consistently very slow. Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes, regardless of the circumstances.

Slow and Incompetent.... I know, its just Dunkin Donuts, right?... Yeah, still slow and Incompetent

This morning was the worst experience ive ever had. I go to this dunkin donuts everyday, at the same time. The app and website says it opens at 5am. When i ordered my food and got in the drive thru with multiple other cars by 520ish, no employee was in the store. Unfortunately since i already paid and had work i couldnt stay and wait until someone decided they wanted to work. I just called the store to get this taken care of and they said they couldnt help me because the store doesnt open until 6, when the website says 5. Then she asks for my name and says she still cant do anything because i could be lying. There needs to be someway for them to realize they screwed up, they want to promote using the app so bad yet when theres a problem like this they want to push the blame away. This is ridiculous.
