Extremely disappointed. I ordered an Italian grinder with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar. I got Italian grinder meats, no lettuce, possibly some oil and spices and MAYO. Who puts mayonnaise on an Italian grinder?? Especially when I didn't ask for it. The overall sandwich was ok besides ruining my lunch with mayonnaise that I didn't ask for. The food you serve is absolutely fantastic, especially the taco cheesesteak—I fell in love with it!
I went for lunch and ordered the chicken cheese steak combo. The service was quick, but the food was just average. It didn't quite measure up to my memories of it.

Meh. I remember long ago Captain Harvey's was THE place to go for big overstuffed subs etc. I haven't been there in a long long time. Went tonight and got an Italian Cold Cut sub and was very disappointed. I wouldn't even call it Sub Shop quality. It was like something anyone could toss together in their home.
