Was our first visit and definitely won't be our last. Service was excellent food amazing and Vale brilliant. What more can i say. Well worth a visit.. We will definitely be back. View all feedback.

Had gone twice in the past when they just opened. Lovely setting, very nice and attentive staff, big portions, customer friendly prices but a bit of a wait on the starters. Last night was a bit of a downfall on the food. As we ordered the brushetta it was quite blend. The cannelloni and lasagna were undercooked and blend in taste. The pasta with salmon though was nice. Very poor service and poor quality food , the waitress was unsure of the menu and the main course was served in bits . It wasn’t busy and the apology was lame .
Visited again today, food was excellent as usually. Good value and pleasant surroundings. The staff are very nice but today the service and wait time was very long. The staff seem overwhelmed with takeaway orders and phone calls. Maybe they need to designate one or two staff to deal with take away only, or concentrate on restaurants or take away.
Went for dinner with two friends. Food was fine, chicken wings were baked and could only be eaten with a fork as they fell apart very easily. Pizzas were nice. Wasnt 100% comfortable re: Covid, we were told we could sit were we wanted, as were others who came in. The waitress asked me are you not going to take that off pointing to my mask. We werent asked for our Covid certs or if we were vaccinated. People were coming in for takeaways, some with masks not on properly and some not wearing a mask.
My favourite restaurant to go to whether it's a family meal or out with the girls. Everyone enjoys their meal. The service is great. The atmosphere is relaxed. Great value and BYO is a bonus. Grande wins hands down every time!
