Although we were initially told the wait would be about 40 minutes, it ended up taking nearly two hours. The long wait was exhausting and frustrating, and I almost left. Fortunately, the manager was very understanding and offered a personal apology. I understand that busy nights like Fridays can be challenging, but I hope they improve their wait times. Despite the delay, the pizza was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Overall, D'kitchen has a great menu, and I’m leaving a positive review.
