What User doesn't like about Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd:
As I've noted with other big-chain franchises they are all pretty much the same. You know exactly what the decor and menu is going to be like and what you're going to get. However, not all franchisees operate equally and on many occasions this one has been a let-down on coffee, breakfast or when I've been hanging out for an post-painting-a-bedroom afternoon burger. Food is usual HJ's fare, but the restaurant is very dirty. Spills on floor, napkins, food and rubbish under tables and chairs. The flies were terrible. All the tables were dirty and looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a week! Gross!! Makes you wonder what goes on behind the counter. Last time we'll dine in.
I went to the restaurant this morning at 8:30 a.m. to get some breakfast, but was disappointed to find it empty. I stood at the counter for some time while the only two employees seemed to be engrossed in their private conversation, ignoring my presence. It was frustrating when one of them looked at me twice but still continued to ignore me. I left without making a purchase and do not plan on returning. It's a shame to see teenagers working without proper customer service training.
