Came here for Chinese on our first trip up the coast from Perth. The food was very good with large potions. The place is not large but cosy.Nearby is a bottle shop as it is BYO very handy and it is part of a small shopping centre so parking was not an issue. There is also takeaway at the restaurant so wait times can be a little longer in very busy periods. We came as a 2 couples unannounced on two occasions Friday and... View all feedback.

Prawn cocktails are meant to have cocktail sauce not mayo............ Chicken sweet corn soup was really gluggy and thick. Tom yum soup, only two things in it was spinach and celery. Atleast the spring rolls were nice View all feedback.

This place really needs to do something about the delivery wait time and their staff ! I have ordered from them about 3 times over the last couple of years and waited at least an hour and half to 3 hours every time and I keep thinking they would improve but they don't just get worse ! Tonight I rang after an hour to see if my order had left and the young girl on the phone said hang on I'll check came back and said yes it's on it's way to you it will be there soon , so waited another half hour and rang again to say where is it as we are only 10 mins away from the restaurant then the owner gets on the phone to tell me no we have not received the order thru menulog but I had all the confirmation from menulog that it had gone thru ! I told owner not good enough she just laughed and said oh sorry we so busy ! I don't care put more staff on or don't deliver if you can't handle it ! Never order delivery from them just shocking !
We ordered online and were delighted with the speed of delivery...less than half an hour... but perhaps this should have warned me that the food was pre prepared. We ordered an entree of dim sims, tasteless and stodgy, mains of vegetable ciao mein, slimey and tasteless, satay beef, and Mongolian lamb. I would have thought it was pretty hard to muck up the last two but they were also very poor in quality. Even the free prawn crackers were greasy and lacking in quality. We have eaten here before and found it ok but it has really declined. We won't be ordering from here again.
8 adults and 4 children visited after booking the day prior. It used to be our local, regular Chinese restaurant but I hadn't been for well over 6 months. We ordered kids food and a banquet for the adults. The entree of shrimp cocktail was a small dinner plate consisting of thickly shredded lettuce with shrimps awash in cocktail sauce. One of the guests renamed it 'lettuce cocktail'. The scallop dish was unavailable due to having no scallops, so we substituted that for a prawn and cashew dish. This was served with almonds instead of cashews. The rest of the dishes were good to mediocre - nothing to rave about. Then we ordered coffee and they'd run out! It was quite embarrassing since we had taken guests who'd traveled quite a way to be there. On the upside the service was generally good and there's no corkage. All in all it was very disappointing and I've decided to find a new local - I won't be going back again.
