If there is a place for delicious savory Italian cuisine. This is it. The Ziti, large pizza, and Chicken Tortellini reminded my husband of a place in Lil Italy in NY. View all feedback.
What Rachel Martinez doesn't like about Amore's Pasta Pizza:
We felt uncomfortable from the start, and after only 30 seconds of looking at the menu, the waitress returned to ask if we were ready to order. Feeling rushed and unwelcome, we decided to leave instead. This experience was incredibly disappointing as I had been looking forward to the food after hearing great things from a friend. I won’t be returning to this restaurant. View all feedback.
The food was quite good, although it was a bit disappointing to find out that not everything was made in-house. The garlic bread was enjoyable and incredibly dense. We both ordered the sampler, which included lasagna, tortellini Alfredo, and chicken parmigiana. Despite how tasty it was, neither of us could finish our meals, and there was unfortunately not enough left to take home for later. The restaurant could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, as the walls were marked and had visible sheetrock, likely from tables bumping into them. On a positive note, the service was excellent. Our server was friendly, answered our questions, offered great suggestions, and was helpful without being overly intrusive. We will definitely return, as we're eager to try the pizza next time!
