Description

Visitors to the restaurant find themselves in a whirlwind of experiences, ranging from delightful to deeply disappointing. While some acknowledge moments of quality service and food, others lament a decline in standards and an uptick in prices. Guests have reported receiving incorrect orders, unfriendly service, and a lack of essential menu items during operating hours. The atmosphere, marked by a push towards drive-thru convenience, has led to frustrations about accessibility and comfort. Critics argue that the restaurant has strayed from its Canadian roots, calling for improvements in service and customer satisfaction to match its heritage.

The staff are very rude and judgmental, especially to people who look like they may be homeless and may possibly have substance abuse issues or mental issues. I've been absolutely disgusted in what I have witnessed and how cruel the employees have been, and this is 99% of the time I have been there. Their customer service is the worst out of all the Tim Hortons in Cowichan Valley, with the Tim Hortons beside McDonalds following closely behind with the same negative issues. I still go to these places because I love the coffee, so I put up with the disrespect I have witnessed and received myself several times. Why do i go back? Strictly because I love their coffee and convenience.

I'm not sure whether it's the employees lacking work ethic and pride in their jobs, the manager encouraging them to serve burnt and incomplete orders, or the owners who seem more focused on profits than on providing good food and service at fair prices. When did treating customers this poorly become normal? I hadn't visited a Tim Hortons in a long time, and after today’s experience, I'm certain I won't be returning. I ordered two turkey melts without mayo, and both came with completely burnt bread. The bagel was also burnt and had undercooked bacon. It's clear that no one cares about quality.
