On weekdays at lunch time.... read more I have gone to this location a few times in the past two months to find a sign taped to the door”Closed due to staff shortage” twice. On weekdays at lunch time. I went there this past week and stood at the door waiting for it to open at noon. Two staff at the counter saw me and kept talking past the noon time. I left after a few minutes. The past two years my orders have been wrong and often tasteless. And no condiments? Where is the owner? You could not do worse if you were actually trying to implode your Duncan business. I’ll get my Noodlebox fix in Nanaimo or Victoria from now on. Suggest head office take this Franchise back as this location is doing damage to your brand.

Our noodles arrived quickly, and I ordered mild while my friend chose medium spice. The food was delicious, the spices were just right, and the portions were generous. When the staff found out it was my friend's birthday, they surprised us with complimentary apple dumpling wraps! I'll definitely be coming back.

The staff was friendly. Our problem was that the order was made incorrect. Ordered 3 things, one not sharp, one medium, one sharp. The medium and the spicy were crazy spicy. We collect hot sauces and know our spice levels, but it is obvious that they do not set the right amount. Unfortunately, they were unbearable spicy, not eating.

The food was good, the spice was just right, and the portions were generous. When they overheard that it was my birthday, they even gave usa couple of apple dumpling wraps as a freebie! I will return.
