Extremely bad service, the waiter ignored us all day long ,he was talking bad about us behind the bar,after all we ask for our tab then He included 25% TIP, even when we put out TIP in the table,we tell him then he said,is mandatory the TIP in our tab,absolutly I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place,poor,rude disgust service,PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I went to eat at 2245 SC-101, Duncan, SC 29334, the host/waitress sat us down, never came back to our table to ask if we wanted something to drink. It took 25 minutes before we could get some service. The chip sauce had a horrible smell like it was spoil. The Fajitas Texana was horrible the steak was burnt, they gave more peppers and onions than meat and only gave me 4 shrimps. I had to ask for an extra shot of patron for my texas margarita. The server was horrible and constantly ignoring our table. I could say there was one young man between 18-20 years old that was attending his tables. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT... I Will never go there again. Very disappointed. They don't deserveToday is 2/18/2024It was a horrible experience again. I tried to go again to see if it had changed to better service, but it was worse. They need to close their doors. We left and did not dine it after waiting 30 minutes with no service at all.

Terrible service!We’ve been to this place 3 times. First time food and service was amazing. Second time food was still amazing the SERVICE WAS TRASH! We decided to give the place another shot and we went in today and we were not greeted at the door we waited a few minutes than a man walks by us and says sit anywhere and continues to walk to his existing tables! Mind you we they have a sign that say “please wait to be seated” . We sat down and we needed a high chair and waited for the waiter to come to our table and he didn’t after he serviced two tables I politely said in Spanish “excuse me can you come over here?” And he looked me dead in my face and rolled his eyes. My father than went to grab a high chair and asked the guy in Spanish “are you the only one working” and he rolled his eyes and smirked. Then he proceeded to walk to the back and STILL DIDNT SERVICE US . We WALKED OUT ! Twice we had terrible experiences and WILL NOT BE BACK. that’s terrible because the food was good.

The service was very slow and the food was marginal.

Love love love this place.. First time there.. food was excellent.. customer service superb .. Atmosphere was everything ?? ?
