I walked into Dunkin’ Donuts unlike going through the drive-through. I received great service at the counter. The store was clean. They had plenty of staff. I ordered the sugar cookie small coffee with a shot of espresso. So many locations are saying they are out of this cookie flavor. If you can get this cookie flavor grab you one. Happy holidays. This will help me on my road trip. View all feedback.
What Casey Dust doesn't like about Dunkin':
Coffee consistently has curdled cream. They try to pass it off as the creamer is just frozen, yet it never melts. It seems to me they aren't cleaning the creamer machine properly and some residual chunks always make it to my coffee. View all feedback.
Ive never been to a dunkin who is consistently out of doughnuts or munchkins.
I am a driver and I 'm telling you DO NOT order delivery from this location. They told me this morning after a ridiculous wait with no one in the dining room (other than an army of delivery drivers) that the reason I 'm sitting there waiting for no reason is because they cater to the drive-thru . Okay. So you 're going to disregard the person that paid two times what the person in the Drive-Thru did to get their food hot and quickly, trusting Dunkin ' Donuts not to disrespect them in this way. Is it Dunkin ' donuts official stance that they treat delivery orders as lesser orders than other orders? Are those customers less valuable than your drive-thru customers? Considering your delivery customers are willing to pay two times what the drive-through person is for your product, you think you would show them slightly more respect at the very least. Considering delivery is now a substantial portion of your overall revenue, you think you would educate your staff not to respect the drive-thru timer more than the timer on these delivery orders. The drive-through timer only impacts your internal processing and maybe causes slight aggravation to the person sitting in the drive-thru. Disregarding a delivery order for 20 minutes, and might I add there were other delivery people all standing in there to the point that by the end of my time waiting the whole room was filled with delivery drivers all being ignored. Clearly delivery is the majority of your business not just part of it so you need to pay attention to it.Hopefully this one star review gets paid the attention and catering that your drive-thru does. It 's not for my benefit, it 's for yours. If you don 't get it together you 're go out of business guaranteed. I have seen more restaurants go out of business for failure to handle delivery properly then not having diners.
My visit was at Vince Lombardi service plaza. They have a very good Dunkin' Donuts inside of there. Absolutely fell in love with the cinnamon sugar
Limited parking at a busy gas station but was nice to see it was a full Dunkin and not a Dunkin express
Clean restrooms and store, has Dunkin attached so that's nice! All the workers I've seen in there have been super friendly and helpful
