Got chicken sandwich, the chicken was burned black, like that 's not unintentional there is no way you look at that and say looks good let me serve this to the customer spending money on it . Stopped in to grab a salad unfortunately the green burrito station was down so decided on a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. Huge mistake! Chicken was old and way over cooked. 1 small piece of lettuce. Definitely nothing close to what the picture looked like or the description of the sandwich.Seems like the team members here don 't have much attention to detail.You fast food chains must do better if you are gonna continue to charge 14+ dollars for a bad sandwich and half way filled, cold large French fry.Won 't be back
The burger was cold, and the sourdough was hard. Big disappointment.
5 to 8 cheap famous stars on Friday are the only reason I go there
The worse ever cheeseburger and customer service. Had no idea when I ordered a cheeseburger with no ketchup or speical sauce that it meant that you get a hamburger patty with cheese and bread. No mayo. No lettuce. No tomatoe. No pickles. The fries were greasy and cold. If you want more than meat and cheese you have to say “Famous Star” said the rude person who answered the phone when I called about it.
