Bits Pizzas - Dun Laoghaire

Service was average but the quality of the pizza was shocking. Handfuls of toppings swimming in cheese in the middle with nothing round the outside. The most tasteless pizza I've had in some time. Aldi ingredients at restaurant prices. Asked for the bill but never arrived. Zero atmosphere. I believe it's under new management and it shows. Especially cringey how the manager stood over the staff. Won't be back....ever!

I've been a regular at this restaurant for years and have always loved it. Unfortunately, that changed today. I went in expecting the same friendly service, but what a disappointment it turned out to be. We arrived at around 4:20 PM and were finished by 5:05 PM. Some of us finished our meals before others, and it felt like staff members kept hovering around our table, checking to see if we were all done. This went on until we decided we had enough and left. We paid the bill without anyone bothering to ask if we enjoyed our meal, which felt unprofessional, disrespectful, unacceptable, and completely unapologetic.

Nice service. But the pizza was pretty awful and very overpriced for the quality and was €6:50 for a pretty mediocre pint. Base of the pizza resembled more of a really bad frozen pizza you buy in a supermarket than a restaurant made one. Can’t understand how this has 4.3 stars.

The food here is awful; it deserves to be highlighted on one of Gordon Ramsay's shows. The pizzas are so bad that even a two-euro frozen supermarket brand would seem gourmet by comparison. The pepperoni tasted like plastic, and the chicken was undercooked. The atmosphere is dismal, and the unpleasant odor will cling to your clothes. While the staff were friendly, they clearly need significant training.

Except the Buffalo sauce, everything else are great! Nice stuff, clean, not crowded seats.
