Was Deepan M at Bits Pizzas a mag?
Excellent food and amazing staff. This is a favorite restaurant for our family and every time we walk in, we feel most welcome. The chicken wings here is amazing and we love the pizzas too. View all feedback.
What Jon M dislikes about Bits Pizzas:
The service at Bits Pizzas was mediocre, but the pizza quality was truly disappointing. There were mounds of toppings in the center, drowning in cheese, while the edges were bare. It was the most flavorless pizza I’ve had in a long time, resembling supermarket ingredients priced like a restaurant. I asked for the bill, but it never came. The atmosphere was nonexistent. It seems like there’s new management, and it's e... View all feedback.
The food here is awful; it deserves to be highlighted on one of Gordon Ramsay's shows. The pizzas are so bad that even a two-euro frozen supermarket brand would seem gourmet by comparison. The pepperoni tasted like plastic, and the chicken was undercooked. The atmosphere is dismal, and the unpleasant odor will cling to your clothes. While the staff were friendly, they clearly need significant training.
Except the Buffalo sauce, everything else are great! Nice stuff, clean, not crowded seats.
I won't be returning, we had to ask the waiter where our food was as it took so long to arrive (40min). I ordered the skewered chicken which was literally one very small piece of chicken wrapped in bacon on a long empty stick x 3 and half a bowl of leafs to make the plate appear full for approx €9, for the main I ordered the pasta and meatballs, the meatballs are tiny, tasteless, grey and appear to be boiled if I'm not mistaken and they are not worth the price of the dish nor the waiting time. My partner got the carbonara and had found it tasteless and bland, overpriced and tastleless food. Staff were nice and the service was slow but it was OK, nothing special.
I asked was there by chance any vegan cheese available as a pizza topping and the manager told us there was nothing vegan on the menu? So I sat and ate nothing while the other 2 adults and 5 kids in my group ate pizza. It reminded me of asking for a vegan option in 1995 , the laziest manager I have ever seen, maybe everything is ready made and frozen? Waitress was very nice and she got embarrassed when manager said no vegan food. And no apology from manager, terrible business. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
Dropped into Bits and Pizzas for lunch and had a lovely experience. I ordered the bolognese, a margarita cocktail, and both were spot on. The bolognese was hearty and full of flavour proper comfort food and the cocktail was well-balanced and refreshing. Service was great too Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
