The restaurant was quite busy, featuring both indoor and outdoor seating. We waited about 20 minutes for our food and drinks. Unfortunately, the breakfast roll was a bit dry, and they had run out of ruby hot chocolate and whipped cream, despite us only ordering three items. While the experience was acceptable, the service definitely needs improvement. If they expect to be this busy, they should be better prepared to handle the demand.
The staff was friendly, and the service was reasonably quick, even though the restaurant was quite busy.
The restaurant is beautiful and spacious, featuring a generous seating area. It tends to be quite busy, but the staff work efficiently to serve customers. Overall, it has the typical offerings of a Costa franchise, including coffee, tea, cakes, muffins, and sandwiches.
Love their coffee, so all good here. Had a wee cheese and ham toastie too. Service with a smile
