I ordered a catering order for 4p, and was told by the manager that it would be ready on time for pickup. When I arrived the restaurant hadn?t even started the order, then took an additional 35-40 minutes to complete theorder. The manager offered no discount, only the option to buy more food and receive a discount; why would I buy more food whenthe first order was poorly completed?
