What User dislikes about Wendy's:
As I have shared 4 stats is the highest review I give to chain restaurants. The food was slapped together. Not appealing to look at or eat. Fries were actually very good. Better than McDonald's. The gold standard. Which isn't saying much these days asMcDonald's fries have digressed to warm cars board (bring back the mallow oil fries please! . Anyway, for a $21.00 lunch justordering 2 #1's, not worth the price or subs... View all feedback.

I've been here a couple of times because I work nearby and it's been a typical fast food experience. But tonight the guy in the window was just flat out rude to the point where I didn't even finish placing my order. I drove off and went somewhere else. I'mnot expecting over-the-top service from a drive thru, but I manage a restaurant and I would be absolutely mortified if my staffacted the way they did here. There are too many other options around this part of town to come back here.

Unfriendly staff who handed us an oil soaked bag. When I asked for another bag the staff member just put it in another paper bag and the oil soaked through. Wendys likes making jokes on Twitter. In reality their product is a joke.

I had an unpleasant experience at the drive-thru. The cashier was very rude and started arguing with me about a coupon for complimentary Baconator fries with any purchase that I presented. The Wendy's employee who took my order never asked for a coupon code. When I handed over the coupon and my debit card, Destiny became visibly upset, rolled her eyes, sighed, and said, "You’re supposed to give her the coupon number." I explained that no one had asked me for the code. Instead of simply entering it, she continued to complain about something that would only take seconds to input. She seemed really miserable and unhappy. When I requested a receipt, she refused to give it to me. When I asked for her name, she closed the window and ignored me, being very dismissive and rude. I was eventually able to get her name at the pickup window.

I would give zero stars if I could! This location should be shut down! The manager was extremely rude—I'm not even sure she's actually the manager. I ordered carry-out today and sent my son to pick it up at 4:30 PM. The dining room was closed, and we were told to use the drive-thru instead. Some staff members who were on break even opened the door for my son and he saw our food ready on the counter, but the employees inside refused to give it to him. They insisted he had to go back to the drive-thru and wait there, which is just ridiculous! I called the store to speak with the manager, and the so-called manager who answered said they were short-staffed. When I mentioned I would file a complaint with the company, she wouldn't even tell me her name! My son had to walk home empty-handed, and to make matters worse, I found out my credit card had already been charged!

I've given a 4-star rating, which is the highest I typically award to chain restaurants. The food seemed hastily prepared and wasn't very appealing, either in appearance or taste. However, the fries were quite good—better than McDonald's, which is saying something since their fries have really gone downhill lately. For a $21 lunch with just two number ones, I don't think it was worth the price or the subpar quality of the food.
