We live 2 hrs away but,the drive is worth it to enjoy the amazing true Italian food????! It was our 1st time eating at their new location although it is smaller then the originallocation(which we enjoyed many times),it is still a beautiful bistro, clean,comfortable, romantic and yet casual atmosphere. Thestaff are all so friendly and courteous! The food is so mouth watering and delicious,every bite is scrumptious!! If you haven'thad a chance to eat there,it is A Must to put on your list! If I could give 10?..I would every time. Thank you for always beingAmazing in every aspect from: atmosphere,staff, cleanliness and always the food!! Valentini's Bistro is the best and all I cansay is ...Well done! Keep up everything you have and continue to do?? We will see you next year!! A

I tried the Denver F... read more Our plans changed quickly, leading us to Valentini's for breakfast. This restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the staff is exceptional. I tried the Denver Florentine sandwich with breakfast potatoes, and the peppers really enhanced the flavors. It was a hearty sandwich! Although I'm not usually a fan of potatoes, these were fantastic—cooked to perfection with excellent seasoning! My wife ordered the breakfast bruschetta, which had amazing flavors, and the warm honey mascarpone along with the jam was simply delicious! One of our companions had the Italian-style French toast, which looked and smelled incredible; I’ll definitely be ordering that next time! I'm not typically into Italian cuisine, but this place has made me want to return to explore their lunch and dinner offerings. From cleanliness to service to food quality, Valentini's is a must-visit!

Upon our arrival, we realized they were closed on Mondays, but despite this, they graciously welcomed us in and served us! We were truly touched by their hospitality. The food was AMAZING, and the service made us feel extra special on our special day. It’s a wonderful story to share with our family. It was a fabulous dining experience, and we would highly recommend Valentini's and their menu!
