I also found the cutlery situation to be unsatisfactory; it was available in limited quantities on the tables throughout the dining area all day and night, which seems unwise. Most of the cutlery had sticky residues and was not clean. The staff mentioned that they use plastic cutlery, but this doesn’t address the issue of dirty forks.
