I go to this location about one or two times per month and they remember exactly what I want on my sandwich. Their customerservice is great and the cleanliness of the restaurant is excellent AND their subs are VERY good :

When I ordered a foot-long meatball sandwich on white bread and politely requested that she cut it in half, she retorted, “I thought you wanted a foot long!!!??” I clarified that I still wanted a foot-long, just cut in half, and she pointed to a spot and said, “I’ll cut it down there,” all the while maintaining her dismissive attitude. At that moment, I’d had enough. I asked her to cancel my order because I didn’t appreciate her demeanor and walked out. I didn't catch her name, but she was the Arabic woman with several birthmarks on her skin. I suggest she reconsider her attitude—it doesn't reflect well on the restaurant.

I didn't need to request additional ranch or condiments since they provided ample supplies from the beginning. The cleanliness of the restaurant is remarkable, which is crucial for any dining establishment. It was also quite busy, a good sign that they are taking care of their customers. Overall, I'm a very happy customer.
