Wasted our money on these drinks. Will never order from this Starbucks again.

When I arrived, an employee named Damari asked if I wanted to... read more I visited this Starbucks to take advantage of their buy one get one free holiday drink promotion. When I arrived, an employee named Damari asked if I wanted to purchase two drinks, but I clearly stated that I only wanted to buy one and get the second for free. She ended up making just one drink, and when I inquired about the second, she told me it was too late and she couldn't make another. Is this really the kind of service Starbucks provides? This occurred on September 28 at 7:50 PM. I believe Starbucks needs to reevaluate its employees; it shouldn't be that challenging to process a customer correctly or prepare an additional drink. Following this experience, I won't be returning to this location because of the poor service. Furthermore, another employee working alongside her was silent throughout the ordeal! I wish I had checked the reviews before choosing this store over others. Lesson learned.
