the service was extremely fast. my only complaint is the lady at the front desk was quite rude. she was yelling “which one is your order” as if she didn’t appreciate her customers. the inside is pretty plain but the desserts make up for it! definitely come with a friend or View all feedback.
What Amber Pernett doesn't like about Snowflake Tea House:
The inside is big but nothing special. The boba was okay, but the crepe was the star of the show. It was really good! Definitely shareable and had a really nice texture and lots of flavor. View all feedback.
I recently visited Snowflake Tea House and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, perfect for a cozy night out with friends. The menu was vast and had a variety of options, ranging from tea and ice cream. I decided to get their butter plain toast with ice cream and it was absolutely delicious. The toast was perfectly crisp and the ice cream was creamy and flavorful. I also tried their shaved ice which was a perfect combination of fresh milk and condensed milk with lychee jelly topping. The combination was sweet and creamy and absolutely delicious.Overall, Snowflake Tea House is a great place to go for a cozy night out with friends. The desserts are delicious and there is a variety of options for even the pickiest eater. It’s also very affordable, making it a great place to bring your family or your date. I highly recommend this place for a fun and delicious experience.Instagram: @itshalliegeorge @hallieeatz
It was quiet and pretty open. We chose a booth to sit at and looked over the menu. Been here before and it's pretty chill. The crepes were delicious ? we got 3 crepes; the strawberry, banana, and mixed fruit. They were really good . This is good place to get deserts and overall something sweet.
I don't understand the hype around this place!I have had Snowflake Tea House in my bookmarks on Yelp for some tine now. I spent the day at Spa Land and wanted some dessert when I left. We arrived at the establishment on a Sunday evening around 9pm. It is easy to find, and surprisingly in the same shopping plaza as Sweet Hut Bakery. I would think that they are direct competitors. However, Snow Flake did not have a shortage of patrons during my visit. When we walked into the Tea house it was clear that this place is popular. The place was packed! We were greeted by a staff at the front. A staff basically pointed us to a table and another staff came over and placed menus on the table. The service is not anything to recommend. We asked our server about the desserts and he basically said I don’t eat that junk! he did not say this, However, that’s what it felt like he wanted to say!! Despite his unwillingness to help us decide on what to order, we opted to try the strawberry toast.I think it took less than 5 minutes for our dessert to arrive at the table. I imagine the desserts are pre made and once you order they just go back and grab the one ordered. It came out too fast to be made to order. The taste nothing special. I will say if you are looking for something that is not too sweet, this is an option for you. However , for the calories I would prefer something else.I will also say given that it is a tea house, I should return and give the tea a shot. I might enjoy that more than the dessert.Overall, I was just not impressed. The decor is a miss, the service is average, and the dessert is basic despite the presentation being over the top.
I love this place! It's a great spot to hang out and catch up with friends and a favorite with my group, and the desserts are soooo good we always have to order at least 2 or else they're gone in less than five minutes! Their teas are really good too. I definitely recommend this if you're looking for dessert in the area after dinner, or just desserts in general!! The honey toast towers are so good!
The ice cream is delicious, but our experience was overshadowed by the rude attitude of the waitress serving our table. We were there with some friends to enjoy a day after a concert, and it felt like she was unhappy to have us there. Even though the dessert was fantastic, her demeanor prevented us from having the fun time we had hoped for. I would definitely recommend the place, but it would be great if the waitress could be more friendly towards customers.
